Regulation 14 Public Consultation:

Allowing the Community to view and agree, or otherwise, the proposed Policies

This “Regulation 14” Public Consultation runs from Thursday, 6th September 2018.
All representations must be received by Friday, 16th November 2018

This is the final, and most important, Public Consultation to be held by the Lovelace Neighbourhood Plan steering group before the Lovelace Neighbourhood Plan (LNP) is submitted to the Council.  Known as the “Regulation 14” consultation, it  runs for a statutory minimum 6-week period.   After this Consultation comments will be considered and the LNP amended where relevant.  The LNP will then be submitted to Guildford Borough Council (GBC) who validate  the submission and then consult on the Plan for six weeks.  GBC then arrange for the Plan to be examined by an Independent Examiner.
