Regulation 14 Public Consultation
Allowing the Community to view and agree, disagree, and provide comments to improve the proposed Policies
Date extended – Questionnaires and representations must be received
no later than Friday 16th November 2018
This is the most important Public Consultation to be held by the Lovelace Neighbourhood Plan steering group before the Lovelace Neighbourhood Plan (LNP) is formally submitted. Known as the “Regulation 14” public consultation. It began on 6th September 2018 and finishes this Friday, 16th November 2018.
After the Consultation comments will be considered and the LNP amended where relevant. The LNP will then be submitted to Guildford Borough Council (GBC) who validate the submission and carry out their own 6-week public consultation, prior to the Plan being examined by an Independent Examiner.
